На форме настроек:

1. General — Startup — Open previous windows and tabs — Enable
2. General — Files and Applications — Download — Save files to — Desktop
3. Home — New Windows and Tabs — Homepage and new windows — Blank page
4. Home — New Windows and Tabs — New tabs — Blank page
5. Search — Default Search Engine — DuckDuckGo
6. Privacy & Security — Logins and Passwords — Ask to save logins and passwords for websites — False
7. Privacy & Security — Send websites a “Do Not Track” signal that you don’t want to be tracked — Always
8. Privacy & Security — Permissions — Запретить ненужное

На странице настроек about:config:

1. Настройку browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab переключить на True.
